- Special occasions pass through our lives and leave lasting memories in our hearts. It is my goal to make those memories beautiful. My name is Melissa Smith and I am a licensed cosmetologist. I have been doing hair for about 8 years. I absolutely love what I do! I received my education from Paul Mitchell the School and my License from the state of California. I worked in a salon for almost four years and then decided to branch out on my own. I currently provide services on location for special events. Whether it be a wedding, school dance or an evening out I can take care of you!
